What different settings are supported by SmartCast?

SmartCast can be operated with various settings.

Encoding Type: Audio Only, Video Only, Both Audio and Video
Input source: NTSC/PAL (Full D1 resolution, Interlaced)
Video Bit rate: 128 kbps to 3 Mbps
Audio Bit rate: 64 kbps
Video frame rate: 30 fps
Video Resolution (Resizable): 320x240, 640x480, 720x480.
