You may return products purchased at FastVDO.com within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns must be authorized and include an RMA form with the returned product. Please submit a return request through support page for the RMA form. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned products unless the product is defective or you received the wrong product. Refund is processed in 3-5 business days after the product is returned.
