Act as a key member in the research and development of video compression techniques for High Dynamic Range (HDR), UHD and HD video content. Work on implementing computer vision based gesture/object recognition, tracking on different target environments. Involve in architecture design, system integration, and product testing on handheld and desktop devices.

• M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent required

• 4 years of work experience as electrical/software engineer

• Expertise in the latest video coding standard and its extensions : HEVC, HEVC-REXT, SCC, HDR

• Possess a working knowledge of such topics as neural networks, correlation filters, and support vector machines

• Experience in image/video algorithm development and real-time C/DSP programming

• Skills in Matlab, C/C++ programming, model development and analysis, and algorithm development

• Experience in multimedia technology development, DirectX, RTP/RTSP/SDP, TCP/IP, UDP

• Experience on complete cycle of software product development

• Should be familiar with H.264/MPEG-4/MPEG-2

• Working knowledge of OpenCV and other computer vision libraries

• Hands-on experience in Android, iOS and Windows mobile based handheld/mobile development environments
